We currently deliver to addresses throughout Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Delivery times and fees may vary depending on your location.
2. Delivery Timeframe & Estimated Dates
In-stock items Estimated delivery within 5–10 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 7–14 working days for East Malaysia. Estimated shipping date will be shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Pre-order or custom-made items Estimated shipping/delivery date will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Please note: Estimated dates are provided as a guideline. Actual delivery may vary due to public holidays, festive seasons, or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Fees
Calculated based on size, weight, and delivery location.
Free delivery may be offered for orders above a certain purchase amount (as stated in promotions).
4. Delivery Process
Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery date and time.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the items.
Additional charges may apply for high-rise buildings without direct lift access or difficult delivery areas.
5. Furniture Assembly
Where applicable, our delivery team will assist with basic assembly at no extra cost unless otherwise stated.
6. Delivery Restrictions
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
For remote or restricted areas, extra charges and longer delivery times may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect items upon delivery.
Report any issues (damage, defect, or missing parts) to our delivery team immediately and contact our customer service within 48 hours.
8. Changes to Delivery Details
Changes to address or delivery date must be made at least 3 working days before the scheduled delivery.
